I ended up doing the &quot;dilbert&quot; on SBC when I could not access two specific sites...when they said reboot...I usually did not, I would only make the changes that were necessary...until they uped me to 2nd level...

Then I was blamed...&quot;since you could access the site the other day, and we don&#039;t block anything, it must be you.&quot;

Chad, you may have the same problem...your parents don&#039;t want to call you first, call Earthlink and the EL guy will ask &quot;have you turned off your firewall?&quot; and mess up any custom settings you have made...especially if they are unique...making a bigger mess.</description>
