I've been selling on Etsy for several years and have been totally frustrated by many things on the site ... the poor search capability, too many bells & whistles (all that flash crap), misuse of tags, and (just now) trying to leave feedback and having to hit the submit button for EACH feedback, rather than once after I've written a bunch of feedbacks. I hope you can turn Etsy around ... there are a LOT of us that are equally fed up with what we'd hoped would be a wonderful site.
